La Terrazza Guesthouse - Olbia

The stay was excellent, the breakfast on the terrace was enjoyable, and the guest room was spacious with a washroom.

it was an excellent stay for one night. great location - just walking distance from everywhere we needed. this hotel was in a lovely area close enough to the bus stop and supermarket, the city center, and costa smeralda.

it has perfectly comfortable location close to slipstream sculpture. the staff is very friendly and amicable and accommodates all of guests' needs.

It was a great stay for one night. the hotel had a marvellous and unbeatable location close to the airport. Had lunch/dinner at Jersey Mike's Subs, which I found not too far away from the property. I had a fantastic one-night stay at this guesthouse. the location near the airport was perfect, and I found a great dining option, Jersey Mike's Subs, not too far away from the property.

Had fine stay for one night, the staff were affable, location was perfect to southern beaches. The hotel met needs well.

The owner was super chill and helped us find the best places to party in Olbia. The sun terrace was the perfect spot for pre-gaming and taking epic Insta pics. The rooms were clean and had cool vibes. Plus, it was only a short walk to the beach and the hottest clubs in town. We had the time of our lives!

If I had to say one thing, it would be that there wasn't a dedicated common area for meeting other young party-loving people. It would have been dope to have a space where we could hang and make new friends.

The location of this guesthouse was unbelievable, with jaw-dropping views from the cute terrace. The spacious room was clean and comfortable, with a super comfy bed and a flat-screen TV. The helpful host was always there to assist, and the convenient amenities such as free wi-fi and an electric kettle made our stay even better. The outdoor dining area and solarium were perfect for enjoying a relaxing breakfast or sunbathing. They even provided sun loungers and beach umbrellas, which was a great bonus. it was a mind-blowing experience, and I highly recommend staying here if you're ever in the area!

I felt like a queen with the amazing seafront view from my room. And the best part, free parking nearby! But who needs cups or shampoo anyways? So glad the walls were thin, I love hearing my neighbors' conversations.

The location couldn't be better - close to town and the airport. The proprietor was incredibly helpful and friendly. The room and bathroom were spotless and the bed was super comfortable. The AC was just right and the hairdryer, fridge, and kettle were convenient. The shower was great too. Plus, the terrace overlooking the promenade was amazing, and a rare find in the city. a fantastic stay!

I stayed at this amazing guesthouse for one night before my flight and I couldn't believe how ideal the location was! It's super close to the airport, which was a huge convenience. The owner was beyond great - so nice and helpful! The place had a mind-blowing sun terrace, perfect for chilling out and enjoying the beautiful weather. The bathroom was incredibly clean and tidy. The bed was so comfortable, and the light A/C was a game-changer - I could leave it on at night without getting too cold or stuffy. They even provided a hairdryer, fridge, and electric kettle! The location couldn't be better - it was quiet at night and the shower was so good! Anna, the host, was a total rockstar. Even for a short stay, this place had absolutely everything I needed. And did I mention how perfectly situated it is for those heading to the airport? If you want to enjoy the waterfront, there are amazing outdoor dining areas in nearby cafes. The rooms were super cozy and had excellent AC. Honestly, I have nothing negative to say about this place.
